when im browsing the net...im stucked in a article...
"run to stay young"...erkk......apekah???
the researchers says
running will improve your bones health, strengthens your cardiovascular system, reduces stress and is an excellent way to lose weight but it can also slow the effects or aging.
(its is becoz...2010 will come to the end.....oh lalala and so the number of mine will increase)
ouchh.. i must run....run..run for your life..!!!
